PLOTTED HOUSING

Introduction
Plotted Housing is a premise for one or more than one dwelling unit and may have on it one main building block and one accessory block for garages and service personnel.
Alternative to group housing is plotted housing which starts and ends with layout plan within which house owners build according to their needs and designs
For plot housing, infrastructural facilities, such as roads, drainage, electric supply, water supply, etc. are made by the housing Society/Municipal authorities, and each house owner is free to build his house, on a discrete piece of developed land, to his own taste, within the provisions of the building bye-laws.
